Federno produces earth-working implements for agricultural machines such as hoes, blades, knives and ploughs for cutters, motor hoes, engine driven cultivators, beet diggers and potato diggers.
These parts are made of flat rolled boron steel (28-30 MnCrB5), hot-hardened and tempered. Top-quality raw materials are complemented by particularly attentive process control, especially as regards the temperature of pre-heating and heat treatment. Hardness between 46-54 HRC.
